Moving from Indiana to Texas was a frightening task seeing that my fiancé and I had no knowledge of where to start. After the first few minutes of speaking with Shaunta on the phone we were much more at ease. Shaunte gave us many options as far as homes,locations,neighborhoods and ideas for our future home. We were able to fly in on short notice and set up appointments to see a plethora of homes in a short period of time. As we landed and checked in to our hotel Shaunta had already dropped of a welcome gift for un in our room. Shaunta always answers her phone and has valuable advice on how to move forward and what to look out for. Shaunta's connections in the industry allowed the Inspection process to be as easy as possible. After going to many houses Shaunta's energy never wavered,she was just as excited and detailed oriented as she was on the very first house. Her knowledge of the market allows is to open our eyes to what is possible and realistic in the area. We never felt and pressure to act or not act on at anytime, I can't imagine go through this process with any other realtor. Shaunta is polite,smart and professional and this is why she is the only realtor we will ever work with.

Real estate agent was very unprofessional and had no sense of time. Showed up 15 minutes late to home-viewing, smelled of alcohol, and attempted to minimize it all by claiming to have just left a baby-shower. Agent took another 15 minutes attempting to get into the home through a rear-door. I'd like to add that my fiancee was unable to attend the showing due to a previous engagement. Unfortunately, for me, the agent used her absence to start a very inappropriate discussion with me centered around her personal life. I'd never recommend her. I'd even go as far as saying that she won't be in this industry for too much longer... Not that it matters, but her clothes were unkept as if she had just pulled them out of the dryer. It made it very hard to take her serious as a professional. At one point her wig even fell off as she tried to navigate the home. I was embarrassed for her. No disrespect, but she's totally out of her league. In all it was the worst viewing experience I've ever had... Nothing personal, but I wish I could give 0 stars...

I can't say enough about Tanika. She was professional and knowledgeable, and she respected the pace I wanted to proceed at. Tanika was awesome in helping my husband I find our new home quickly and for a great deal. We were realistic with what we qualified for vs what we wanted to pay and found something that was not only $300 less a month compared to our rented apartment but was double the space, in a quiet community and with a private pool. The home was older and we did identify things to upgrade down the line but I went into this process knowing for what I wanted to spend I wasn't going to get my standards of finishes on everything. Very unhappy with our experience with Tanika. Basically, she was very sloppy and disingenuous throughout the process. She didn't look through any of our documents, or bother show up to our closing. It turned out that we found out that we had signed some major (non-standard) addendums which we realized at the closing. She was basically MIA throughout the whole process, and took virtually no responsibility for her actions (despite making her customary 3%). Given we were relatively inexperienced buyers, we chose her on the basis of most of positive reviews. If you know exactly what are you doing, and want the bare minimum of effort from a realtor, she might be okay for your needs. Otherwise, I'd recommend you find someone else.

I had been searching for weeks for a place and I needed something fast because school was about to start..but I only wanted one area and that was Mansfield. But after weeks of not finding the standard I was used to..Aisha kinda fell in my lap. And on a Saturday..we started in Mansfield but ended up in Keller.
